We provide CBILS up to £5 million.
No Personal Guarantee on CBILs up to £250,000.
Do you charge set up fees?
In some cases, we do require a setup fee. This all depends on the complexity of the deal.
Usually, this will be a certain percentage of the loan amount.
What security can I use against my funds?
Funds can be secured against property, debtor books, lands, business assets.
In some cases, funds are often secured against director PG’s or debentures.

How long does it take for you to reach a decision?
We will get a yes or no answer over to you within 24 hours. Depending on the complexity of the deal, the full completion can be anywhere from a week to 2 months.
